How is table seating arranged?
Seating is pre-assigned based on the date of ticket purchase and the size of your party. Tables are filled starting with premium seating.

Premium seating is the first two rows of tables closest to the stage. Seating is pre-assigned based on the date of ticket purchase and the size of your party.

Can I sit with another party that purchased tickets separately?
Yes! To request group seating, please email groupsales@beachboardwalk.com at least four (4) days prior to the event. This gives our team adequate time to accommodate your request.
Please note that seating adjustments cannot be made at the door. Premium seating requests can only be honored if all members of the group have purchased premium seating tickets.
How do I request wheelchair-accessible seating?
Please email groupsales@beachboardwalk.com at least four (4) days prior to the event with your details so we can ensure your party is comfortably accommodated.
Will tickets be available at the door?
Door sales are subject to availability. To check if tickets are still available, email groupsales@beachboardwalk.com. If the event is sold out, tickets will not be sold at the door.
Who prepares the food?
Our menu is crafted by our house chef and prepared by our in-house culinary team.
What drinks are included with my ticket?
Your ticket includes unlimited soft drinks, water, and POG (Passion Orange Guava juice).
Will alcoholic beverages be available for purchase?
Yes, alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase with a valid ID. Please note: we are a cashless venue and only accept credit cards.
Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket if I can’t attend?
Refunds or ticket transfers must be requested at least 72 hours before the event by emailing groupsales@beachboardwalk.com. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
Do Season Pass holders receive a discount?
Will patio heaters be available?
Patio heaters may be provided depending on the weather conditions for each Summer Luau. If available, a limited number will be placed throughout the event space. We recommend bringing a warm coat or blanket to ensure your comfort during cooler evenings.
Where can I park?
Parking is available in the Main Lot across from Casino Arcade and Neptune’s Kingdom. Guests who park in the Main Lot will receive a $10 parking voucher upon check-in at the event.
